lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our flagship store. You'll educate guests on products, support transactions, and bring the brand to life through authentic service.

You will move on the floor, share product knowledge, and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure a welcoming, premium environment that reflects our community and culture. Experience in customer service, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a passion for wellness

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (if applicable).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and assist with purchases and returns.
• Educate guests on product benefits and fit.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and maintain presentation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming and premium store environment.
