Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Texas Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Production Associate in Kingsville, TX. You will sort and process donations, tag and price items, and help maintain store goals while providing courteous customer service.

The role requires the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs with assistance, and follow safety procedures. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Able to work well with others in a respectful, collaborative manner.
• Able to read and write, and comprehend and complete agency forms as required.

Responsibilities

• Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing.
• Maintain production levels to achieve store goals.
• Address customer complaints courteously and refer to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure inventory is distributed within store fixtures.
• Accept donations and provide receipts on request.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area presentable to the public.
• Attend scheduled meetings as required.
• Perform custodial duties as necessary.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect people and property.
• Support department and agency objectives and comply with policies.
