Responsibilities

• Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing.
• Maintain production levels to achieve store goals.
• Address customer complaints courteously, escalating to Store Manager or Crew Leader as needed.
• Ensure inventory is distributed efficiently within store fixtures.
• Accept donations from the public and provide donation receipts on request.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area presentable to the public and compliant with agency standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings as required.
• Perform custodial duties as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent injury or damage.
• Embrace agency core values and contribute to department and agency objectives.
• Comply with all department policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
