Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math for transactions (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance with drop-offs.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate materials.
