MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant for the Sunset Hills Store - Watson team. This hourly full-time role pays $15.50/hour with up to $250/month bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes mission-driven work and service to donors, customers, and the community. Qualifications include no degree required (HS diploma/GED preferred), strong communication, organization, and basic math skills, plus the ability to work in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with coworkers, customers, and management is required.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate items.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; restock and rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships across teams and with leadership.
