Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Retail Donation Attendant for our Liberty Store - N Cedar location. The role is hourly and part-time, with a starting hourly rate of $15.50.

The position includes monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits outline for eligible hours. Primary duties include greeting donors, processing donations, stocking and organizing the sales floor, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and assisting donors with donations.
• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated goods and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate merchandise.
