SalonCentric Retail Store Manager in Dallas, TX, is seeking a people-focused leader to drive exceptional customer service and store performance.

You will build and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and apply company standards to sales, service, and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use a computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
