Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Dallas to lead daily store operations, train a high performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience of 1–2 years.
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service with written and verbal communication.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
