Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Store Manager for our Dallas retail location. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute store goals. The role emphasizes coaching, motivation, and strong operations management in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years in retail leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work weekends. A Cosmetology license is a plus, not required; SAP experience is preferred.

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
