Job summary

Palm Beach Tan – Old Trinity Management, LLC seeks an outgoing, energetic leader to represent our brand, support customers, and develop associates across multiple salon locations within the district. You’ll oversee operations, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold quality standards with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail/operations management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between locations in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must be able to drive between locations.
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district.
• Ensure alignment with company-wide goals and quality standards.
• Direct salons with a sales-building focus.
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel; ensure timely communications on projects.

What You'll Do

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures. Direct salons with sales-building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining the highest quality staff. Work collaboratively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely and effective communications on all projects and initiatives.
