Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, results‑driven district operations leader to oversee multiple salons in the Oklahoma City area. You’ll align store performance with company goals, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction.

This full‑time role rewards performance with a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, 401(k) and tuition assistance. You’ll develop staff, recruit talent, and foster a positive, high‑energy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven leadership across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of operations/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Accountable for all aspects of operations, including adherence to quality standards, systems and procedures, and cost control.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff and lead sales-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel; ensure timely communications on projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures. Direct salons with sales-building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining the highest quality staff. Work collaboratively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely and effective communications on all projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to successfully utilize smartphones, tablets, and PC’s effectively
• Competent with Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must be able to drive between locations
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience
