Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate leader to represent our brand, support customers, and develop associates across multiple locations.

You will direct, coordinate and oversee district operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and lead salons with a continual focus on sales growth and profitability.

This role requires strong retail, sales and customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales/customer service experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of operations/management experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures. Direct salons with sales-building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining the highest quality staff. Work collaboratively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely and effective communications on all projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to successfully utilize smartphones, tablets, and PC's effectively
• Competent with Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must be able to drive between locations
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience
