Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a district operations leader to oversee several salons, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales growth. You will drive staff development, optimize labor and costs, and coordinate with support teams across locations.

The role requires strong retail/sales know-how, superior communication, and the ability to travel between sites. A valid driver’s license is essential. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PC usage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations/management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district serving multiple salons, aligning with company goals.
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff across locations.
• Collaborate with Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel; ensure timely communications on projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures. Direct salons with sales-building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining the highest quality staff. Work collaboratively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely and effective communications on all projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to successfully utilize smartphones, tablets, and PC's effectively
• Competent with Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must be able to drive between locations
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience
