Job summary

Blufox Mobile, the largest branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, is seeking a Retail District Manager to oversee multiple store locations, drive revenue, and uphold customer satisfaction across the district.

You will lead Store Managers and Sales Associates, implement strategic initiatives, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient retail operations while collaborating with leadership to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Experience in wireless/cable/retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales performance and operations of multiple retail locations within the district.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
• Lead a team of Store Managers and Sales Associates to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance results.
• Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to address areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on product positioning, account analysis, promotions, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and Sales Associates.
• Coordinate training programs with Leadership & Training teams and provide coaching.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling policies, inventory management, and other operational guidelines.
• Work with Operations to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Foster a customer-centric culture to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
