Job summary

Blufox Mobile, a Comcast Xfinity partner, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead our Philadelphia location. You will coach a high-performing sales team, manage daily operations, and drive revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with a track record of meeting goals. You’ll recruit and train staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent product knowledge across Comcast Xfinity offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Retail Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
