Blufox Mobile, the nation's largest branded partner for Comcast Xfinity, is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, develop top talent, and drive exceptional business performance.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance, talent development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across a district, with travel as needed and open availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in district/area/multi-unit retail management.
• Proven track record leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals.
• Experience developing managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Travel across assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district.
• Manage and develop Store Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing leaders.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Champion a customer-first culture and optimize NPS.
