BluFox Mobile is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Xfinity retail locations, drive revenue growth, and lead a high‑performance team. You will balance sales leadership with operational excellence across a multi‑store district.

The role requires strategic vision, talent development, and a proven ability to scale performance while ensuring a superior customer experience. Extensive travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years in District/Area/Multi-Unit Retail Management.
• Proven track record leading multiple locations and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience developing managers and high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and maintain open availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple retail store locations within an assigned district.
• Drive district-wide sales growth and execute strategic initiatives.
• Coach Store Managers and leadership teams to build talent pipelines.
• Oversee retail operations, merchandising, and compliance across locations.
• Focus on customer experience and operational excellence to improve KPIs.
