Channel Partners LLC in Belton, MO is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain in-store displays, perform planogram resets, and troubleshoot issues. You will travel up to 120 miles, lead small teams on multi-rep projects, and support prescription drug collection programs.

This full-time role offers paid training and benefits. Hours vary weekly (roughly 32–50+), with a Monday–Friday core schedule and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues, including electronics.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Install/build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with proper wiring and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead small teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles may be required.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance needs with timely store service and repairs.
• Travel with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Complete administrative tasks and report visits on time.
