Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps across stores. You will perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support our prescription drug collection program.

Full-time with variable weekly hours and paid training, plus travel as needed. The role includes driving to stores, building relationships with store leadership, and meeting maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and ensure displays are functional and maintained.
• Lead multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Store service within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Minimum 32 hours per week, potential 40–50+ hours.
• Report store visits and complete merchandising tasks.
• Participate in weekly conference calls.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
