Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. This field service role involves traveling up to 90 miles from home (travel reimbursement available) and performing in‑store installations, updates, and repairs for major technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Schedule

Work Monday‑Friday. Weekends are not required but may be requested as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, update, and repair sales floor fixtures and endcaps according to plan‑o‑grams and client directives.
• Perform build‑outs, resets, and break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Communicate with field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
• Maintain accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates and accept new assignments within 48 hours of receipt.
• Submit completed surveys and required forms before leaving each job site.
• Use mobile applications and technology to log activities, upload photos, and manage tasks.
• Participate in early‑morning and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Assist team members and cross‑functional partners to identify improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
• Complete training and certification programs and maintain successful execution of virtual software tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Monday‑Friday availability with flexibility for weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night shifts.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and environments.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, email, and mobile devices; respond within 24 hours of contact.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
• Experience with installation, merchandising, hand and power tools, and following planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data entry.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90miles from home.
• Strong leadership, judgment, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
