Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. 30‑hour, 5‑day schedule (no required weekends). Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. 8‑hour shifts are available; on‑call for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and keep up to date field‑services management communication (≤24h).
• Maintain accurate availability and update the desk schedule.
• Complete all assigned jobs by their scheduled end dates.
• Install, update, and repair sales‑floor fixtures, end caps, and displays.
• Complete required forms, photos, and surveys before leaving a job site.
• Follow planograms and client directives for display setup.
• Execute break‑fix repairs to keep fixtures operational.
• Participate in early‑morning or team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Use and manage virtual software, ensuring execution and deadlines.
• Assist teammates and contribute to shared‑services team success.
• Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily.
• Track, record, and communicate activities via designated systems.
• Respond as needed to weekend assignments and on‑call scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to travel up to 90 miles from home.
• Flexible to work Monday‑Friday, with early‑morning, weekend, and holiday availability as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within any 30‑day rolling period.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 10ft; lift and carry ≤60lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hand and power tools and in following planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Complete all training modules and certification programs on time.
