Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps while performing planogram resets and basic troubleshooting. The role includes travel up to 120 miles, potential overnight trips, and a minimum of 32 hours per week with a typical 8:00 AM start from Monday to Friday.

You will participate in ongoing training, support from a dedicated Field Manager, and a virtual call center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues, e.g., light fixtures, etc.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with proper security, cabling, wiring, and media components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects, including travel up to 120 miles.
• Perform ad hoc maintenance: 48–72 hour store service, independent troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel occasionally required.
• Work 32 hours per week minimum, with potential 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM start; some weekends.
• Report visit status and maintain pricing/signage; build in-store relationships; participate in weekly calls.
• Complete scheduling reports within 24 hours of program launch and log visits by project end date.
