Job summary

LG&P Agency in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Account Manager who also serves as Project Manager to own client-supplied devices from proposal through final shipment. You will scope the work, manage the schedule and budget, and act as the single point of contact for the account.

You will collaborate with SMEs in electronic provisioning and kit packing, coordinating with production, shipping, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven results in an Account Management and/or Project Management role (minimum 3 years combined).
• Hands-on experience with software provisioning, imaging, MDM enrollment, app deployment, or functional testing is preferred.
• Comfortable with light hardware mounting and use of standard hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and effective client communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between the client and LG&P In-Store Agency for specific client programs, from brief to final delivery.
• Manage and grow the client relationship through service and proactive communication.
• Translate client specs into provisioning, mounting, labeling, and kitting requirements for production.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing for provisioning and integration; manage changes.
• Provide periodic status updates on production counts, quality, and shipping timelines.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope or volume within the account.
