Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Estimate and secure resources (materials, personnel, vendor support).
• Define success criteria and communicate across teams.
• Develop detailed project plans with internal costing and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor scope changes with a risk management plan.
• Develop contingency plans and report progress regularly.
• Manage communications and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Mentor other project management team members when needed.
