Job summary

Gulf States Toyota seeks a Retail Development Manager to elevate dealer performance and customer experience through strategic consulting and education, spanning sales processes, digital retailing, and training design.

You will partner with GST Sales Teams and Toyota resources to deliver data-driven content across platforms, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for business or related field.
• 4–6 years working with dealers to improve online presence and performance.
• 4–6 years experience in digital retailing and training to convert online traffic to offline sales.
• Experience with CRM and customer relationship practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer operations consulting to improve sales and service processes.
• Develop and deliver training across multiple channels (in-person, virtual, video, e-learning).
• Collaborate with GST leadership and field teams to align marketing and education programs.
• Implement and sustain digital retailing initiatives to drive online-to-offline experience.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Toyota and national training teams.
