Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training and development for team members.
• Identify talent and engage in career discussions to support staffing and leadership roles.
• Uphold Meijer standards and drive staff growth within the organization.
• Oversee area operations and financial results; manage budget lines in the P&L.
• Drive safety and compliance and supervise daily work assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
