Nike Factory Store - Kittery is hiring a Department Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver top customer service. You’ll train and coach staff, drive store growth strategies, and uphold Nike's Service Principles while representing the brand in the community.

You’ll oversee team performance, staffing, and daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, with benefits including employee discounts, healthcare, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that helps keep all store functions running seamlessly.
• Ensuring your store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding your future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Leading your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and management.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
