Job summary

Nike OKC is seeking a Department Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store. You’ll coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and embody the NIKE brand in the community.

You will drive store growth, manage staffing, training and daily operations, and partner with leadership to implement service principles while supporting colleagues and customers. Nike offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools to succeed day-to-day.
