Job Overview

Store - S.ANT-ARBOR PARK, TX

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance and store standards.
  2. Ensure front end policies are followed; achieve KPIs for yourself and your team.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and manage omnichannel processes.
  4. Manage shrink, safety, cash reconciliation, and inventory processes.
  5. Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching team members to achieve performance goals.
  6. Serve as Manager on Duty, interact positively with customers, and promote organizational values.
  7. Help locate products, provide solutions, and participate in stocking and unloading processes.
  8. Lead custom framing delivery in stores without a Framing Manager.
Qualifications & Skills

Preferred retail management experience; ability to remain standing, move throughout the store, lift heavy objects, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
