Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Department Manager to join the Store Management Team. You will support Cavender’s culture, supervise associates, coach on sales techniques, and lead training to meet department and store goals.

You’ll ensure a clean, organized store aligned with company standards while promoting a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing the store, addressing customer issues, handling returns, and driving Best of the WEST customer

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Drive results, develop talent and deliver strong customer service.
• Read and understand English, and stay productive during shifts.

Responsibilities
