Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Hawaii is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist with daily store operations and event-based duties. You will help with opening/closing for events, support product demos, and engage Costco members with friendly, energetic education.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You will help set up and remove demo equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience at the store.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Comfort with preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Support demo events and set up/remove carts and equipment.
• Engage customers and educate them about products at demos.
• Conduct food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork with staff.
