Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in the United States is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations during events, including opening and closing procedures. You will help ensure safety, product quality, and cleanliness while guiding customers through product demonstrations.

You will engage Costco members with live demos, assist in cart/equipment setup and teardown, and deliver excellent service with a safety-first mindset. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event coverage.
• Ensure safety, product quality, and store cleanliness.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers during demos.
• Support setup and teardown of demo carts and equipment.
