Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and events at Costco locations. You will participate in opening/closing duties, ensure safety and cleanliness, and demonstrate products to members.

The role emphasizes customer education, enthusiastic engagement, and teamwork across event setups and ongoing operations. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to interact with management and customers professionally.
• Comfort with standing 6 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and open/close for events.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Promote and demonstrate products to Costco members.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demos.
• Provide customer education to influence buyer behaviour.
