Job summary

Kepler is looking for a growth‑mocused Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics to translate complex analytics into strategic opportunities for client brands. You’ll lead data programs across paid media, guide measurement roadmaps, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve performance.

You’ll mentor analysts, own data pipelines, and advance analytics capabilities within Kepler’s tech stack, including Kip, while partnering with clients to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with data for major digital media platforms across a variety of channels.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to clients with clarity and impact.
• Experience designing and executing tests (A/B, lift, geo experiments) and building measurement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven narratives grounded in business reality and brand objectives.
• Design and run tests to quantify marketing impact using advanced statistical techniques.
• Own the data tech stack for client teams and ensure accurate data feeds into Kepler tools and Kip platform.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to department tools and knowledge sharing.
