Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local grocery, convenience, drug, and mass stores in Minnesota. You will scan barcodes, collect data for 52 weeks a year, and support clients like Walmart, Kroger, and Target.

The role offers independence, flexible hours, and a steady workflow with activities varying by store size and workload. Base hours are 6–13 per week across all stores, with 1–2 additional hours per week per store for special projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet high.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and a self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across stores.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete in-store data collection for 52 weeks a year, including holidays.
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
