Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks, including holiday weeks.

You will use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes across grocery, drug, mass, and other stores, with weekly deadlines and opportunities for additional Custom Projects. Flexibility, reliability, and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods and reach/storage across store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and bend/stretch.
• Able to perform repetitive movements.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in multiple locations per store.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products when required.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store weekly; may take several hours.
• Support Custom Projects adding 1–2 hours of work per week per store.
• Report to store within deadlines and maintain dependability and quality.
