Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to help shape the future of shopping in grocery stores nationwide. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, using smartphone tech to capture and store data for clients.

No experience required; training provided. You must be 18+, able to lift 10 lbs, have reliable transportation, and enjoy working both independently and with a team.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
