Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring a frontline associate to support grocery teams across the country. You will engage customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, perform merchandising tasks, and use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunity for additional hours and benefits to fit your family’s needs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs
• Reliable transportation to work location
• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with action bias
• Team player with safety-first mindset
• Able to record work on mobile devices after shifts

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Support merchandising and store needs across grocery locations
• Record daily shift activities using a smartphone/tablet

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
