Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company seeks team-oriented individuals to support grocery stores nationwide. You will engage customers, assist management, and contribute to data collection using a smartphone or tablet at the end of each shift.

No prior experience required as training is provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 10 lbs. Opportunity for growth and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for recording after shift.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
