Advantage Solutions through Retail Odyssey in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to support in-store shopping experiences. In this role, you will engage customers and management in a retail setting, using smartphone technology to record and share essential data for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks in a retail setting (lift up to 10 lbs).
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead and train others.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and management in grocery stores nationwide.
• Capture and record essential data using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
