Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring to support grocery store teams across the country. You will engage customers, assist store leadership, and help ensure a positive shopping experience by providing friendly service and prompt issue resolution.

Must be 18+, capable of light physical work including lifting up to 10 lbs, and able to use a smartphone or tablet to record activities after each shift. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
