Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Kutztown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support. You will be cross-trained to handle the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role includes receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring a welcoming store environment while protecting assets and providing friendly service to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock store as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
