Job summary

The Michaels in YORK, PA is seeking friendly Team Members to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, welcoming checkout. You will assist shoppers and support store recovery to keep the floor well‑stocked and inviting.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms; supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS); promoting the Rewards program; and upholding safety, SOPs, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
