Job summary

Dollar Tree in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store clean, stock merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cashier.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
