Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Stoughton, WI to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked, while maintaining safety and professional interactions with customers and team members.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail customer service experience. It also involves light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
