Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Wisconsin location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help with stocking and store upkeep to deliver a great shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time schedule with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
