Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer at our Wisconsin store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, and providing friendly, helpful service. The ideal candidate has prior retail or guest-service experience and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general areas.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
