Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Sheboygan Falls, WI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations and handle sales transactions at the register.

You will help maintain a clean, safe store environment, follow instructions, and interact professionally with customers and team members. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring areas are neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
