Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and machines for counting money, wire transfer processing, and lottery.
• Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process customer transactions.
• Sell money orders, lotto tickets, and transfer funds by wire.
• Assist customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to the uniform policy.
