Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money counting machines.
• Ability to handle wire transfers and lottery transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with regular attendance and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments.
• Assist customers with loyalty program questions or sign-ups.
• Bag items and maintain front desk cleanliness.
• Handle money orders, lottery tickets and transfer funds by wire.
• Process returns, sell gift cards, and other transactions as needed.
• Replace stock in display areas and follow uniform policy.
